Frequently Asked Questions
What are the requirements for Admissions?
The admissions process at Aton Aesthetics Academy is centered on a personal approach. Every prospective student is interviewed individually and recommended to the program based on their previous education and life experience, commitment to their career choice, and ability to succeed as a spa professional. The admissions staff is available evenings and weekends to meet personally with prospective students and assist them with enrollment
How do I start the admissions process?
Call 561-249-4700 or email mail@antonacademy.com and ask to be put on the admissions calendar.
How long does it take to finish my program?
Our flexible scheduling means that each student has a great deal of control over when they graduate. You must successfully complete your classroom studies and your hands-on training with customers before applying for your license or registration with the State of Florida. If you attend school on a full-time (day school) schedule you can finish our shortest program in six weeks and our longest program in 6 months.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Financial assistance for our students begins with fair and reasonable pricing for all our programs. Tuition and fees are all available up front with no hidden surprises. As a small private school Anton Aesthetics Academy can offer customized options that allow students to pay for their education comfortably and easily. Innovative solutions such as our “Pay-as-You-Go” plan, scholarships, and low-interest/short term loans allow graduates to begin work with the confidence that they can live and work successfully as spa professionals instead of being over-burdened with debt.
Is there Career Development Assistance Available?
Yes, Career Development services are free (no charge per clock hour) and include resume preparation, introductions to employers, invitations to industry events, and networking opportunities after graduation. Graduates receive their own professionally printed business cards and post cards for marketing themselves or their own business.
Are your programs approved by the State of Florida?
Yes, the state of Florida approves and regularly reviews our programs along with requiring verification of training before granting individual license or registration to our graduates. In addition to regular review of our practices by the state of Florida, Anton Aesthetics Academy conducts our own review and audit to guarantee our programs are meeting the highest standards for quality in the industry.
Is there a dress code for students?
Yes, students must wear scrubs in colors coordinated to their program, closed toe shoes, and a name badge.
